Cook Children's Hospital Concert

Location:  801 Seventh Avenue - Fort Worth, TX  76110

We will be performing on the main level behind the information desk in the open atrium.  Please provide ample time for travel, parking and walking thru the Medical Center, to arrive and meet up with the group by 2:30pm.  We have been asked to make sure that all parents and visitors refrain from taking pictures of patients without prior permission from the Medical Center Staff.

Performance Attire 

Elementary & Junior High Students wear solid black slacks or skirt, a solid white shirt or blouse, and their Performance Sash. Senior High Students have the option to wear solid black, or the standard white and black outfit.  ALL performers wear black dress shoes.  Sashes are optional for Sr. High.
