Modern Woodmen's National "Join Hands Day" at Fox Run Estates Retirement Community

During the last two weeks of Spring Guild, family and friends are welcome to join guild members as they create a hand made craft for each of the residents at Fox Run and practice their solos for the spring recital.   

Performance Attire 

Elementary & Junior High Students wear solid black slacks or skirt, a solid white shirt or blouse, and their Performance Sash. Senior High Students have the option to wear solid black, or the standard white and black outfit.  ALL performers wear black dress shoes.  Sashes are optional for Sr. High.

Location:  Fort Worth Stockyards Exchange Building - 131 E. Exchange Avenue - Ft Worth, TX 76164

We will play rain or shine.  If it rains, we will play inside the Exchange Building in the entry hall.  If shine, we will play on the front steps of the building. 

Performance Attire 

WE NEED TO BE DRESSED IN WESTERN WEAR!   Blue jeans (slacks or skirt), a solid white collared shirt, cowboy boots (any color) or any closed toed dark colored shoe (NO tennis shoes or sandals please), and if you want (optional), a cowboy hat.

Madri Gras Carnival & Pancake Supper Concert

Performance Time: 5:50pm

Location:  St. Peter & St. Paul Anglican Church  -  3900 Morris Lane - Arlington, TX  76016

We will be performing in the Parish Hall and will meet in the same room that guild workshops are held in to leave our instruments and cases.  A general schedule of the  evening is tune violins at 5:15pm, go play carnival games until approx 5:45pm, perform 5:50pm til 6:30pm, eat pancakes.  You may switch pancake eating and carnival game times if you are more hungry than gamey.  It makes no difference to me.  I've placed the concert in the middle of the event time from 5:30 til 6:50pm.
